Since Egypt is one of my core spiritual interests, I’ve decided this is “Keys of Egypt Week.” Yes, a whole week of all things Egypt.  

Every day this week, I’ll be making compact entries on this topic, but if you’re an over-achiever and into the Egypt angle…here’s the big mama-jama Keys of Egypt post.

In case you’re new here, I’m what you’d call a mystic. I’ve practiced many years of prolonged meditation and have developed the siddhe or spiritual gift of intuitive sight. Anyone can do this with a few months of discipline. So, if you’re interested in developing this area of your life too, do check out my Basics of Meditation post. 

In short, I’ll be sharing about Egypt based on my meditation journeys and past lives there. I do have an anthropology degree and a natural intellectual interest in Egypt as well, so that will be in the mix too. 

Today, I want to talk about Egypt’s emphasis on cosmic consciousness. Did you know that Egyptian spiritualists were initiating themselves into specific star systems through their pyramid structures? 

In a meditation journey, I was taken to a pyramid structure that was designed to harness the Sirius star system. It appeared as a white-blue light.

Like any respectable mystic, I took the initiation, and they told me it would send me “through the cosmos.” They weren’t joking. I felt propelled by some craft and taken right through the cosmos to Sirius.

If you’re new to the topic of Cosmic Consciousness, consider checking out my post that breaks down the basics. This is essentially the aspect of our psyche that can remember our soul’s journey in different star systems and planets. If you practice meditation long enough, spirit guides can come forward to support you in your healing and growth. If you’re open to cosmic memories, some of those guides could even be off-world beings. Kind of out there, I know.

So, after I took this initiation into Sirius, I was connected to beings that represented that star system to my consciousness. What I saw was a federation of orcas whale beings. They communicated to me that in a parallel life I was an orca being too. They swam around me and my ship while I integrated this knowing.

You might be wondering Why Sirius? What’s so important about connecting to Sirius? Well, for me, and I think for a lot of us, in terms of other stars out there…Sirius feels like home. The genetic and spiritual codes for life on Earth originated there. That’s likely why these orcas beings felt like family to me. And why there was so much love between us. The Sirius initiation is a homecoming. A reunion. 

It’s important to note, that Sirius is a stargate and a cosmic birthplace. There is a diversity of beings there to connect with. I’ve seen lion, canine, amphibious and fish beings there. And there are surely others. Which one you connect with when you journey depends on your cosmic and soul lineage. Which archetypes and themes you’re exploring in this life. 

I suppose I would be remiss if I didn’t say a word about the whale totem. As above, so below. And vice versa. Animal archetypes that we experience here on Earth exist in the cosmos too. Every animal represents a different quality of the Godhead or the Absolute. They each hold a certain wisdom and medicine that we can draw from.

With that said, whale, to me, is a teacher of the subconscious realms. Water represents the subconscious, the medium from which we create, make art and channel higher truths. Whale medicine makes me a strong psychic swimmer. It really is a fun totem.

The pyramids surely accelerated spiritual advancement and developed consciousness in a targeted way. But here’s the good news. You don’t need a pyramid to connect with Sirius or any other cosmic guides. All you have to do is ask in meditation. Here are a few questions to get you started:

• Guides, what cosmic connections are available to me?
• Who is my star family?
• Guides, what messages are available from or about Sirius?
• What messages are available about Egypt? What was I exploring in Egypt?

With that, you’ll be off to a great start!

I hope this topic has been interesting to you. It’s certainly a bit out there, but cosmic connections do happen when you meditate long enough and are open.
