How to stay healthy in a high tech world

As a mystic and healer, I make it my business to achieve optimum wellness in my life and assist others on their healing journeys. As a meditator, I have established a strong connection with my higher wisdom and inner guides who advise me on my daily actions and life path. Over the years, I’ve received lots of positive news and tips from my inner wisdom, but I’ve also received some messages regarding potential dangers to my bodily health and psychic system.

Since this blog is dedicated to sharing tips about how to advance consciousness through meditation, technologies that cause potential harm to our psychic wellness is relevant. Without being too alarmist, I’ll share some research I’ve found on the topic of how EMF and heavy metals effect our bodies.

How to connect with your animal guides

You can’t circulate in spiritual circles for too long without the topic of animal guides coming up. And there’s a reason for that. Discovering your inner helpers and teachers in meditation is fundamental to fully understanding your life theme and soul purpose.

As I’ve said many times, everyone who practices daily prolonged sacred meditation for several weeks in a row, will ultimately meet their inner guides. You have to put the time in. And that’s no small feet. But once you do, the fireworks start.

I’m one of the lucky ones. I’m fortunate enough to have an online group of mystic-friends. A group where we share our most transcendent meditations, our super out-there psychic experiences and deep, probably unanswerable spiritual questions.

This community has been so nourishing to me, and keeps me super checked into my spiritual life. For a long time, I was going the meditation path alone, so now that I’ve found it, my little community of mystics is mucho important to me!
